Abstract:

This paper explores the new ideas of establishing the harmonious relationship between doctors and elderly patients with acute and severe illness from the perspective of hospital management. It is suggested that through the establishment of the multi-disciplinary treatment model, the medical liability insurance system, the standardization of safety management and doctor-patient communication system, the maturity of multi-insurance system and other measures to achieve this goal in face of the aging population in the current situation, in order to promote the development of hospital and social stability.
