目的

系统评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者静脉血栓栓塞征（VTE）的发生率。

方法

检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library数据库，检索各数据库建库至2023年3月24日收录的关于OSAS患者VTE发生率的研究。根据纳入与排除标准，由两名研究者进行文献筛选及评价。采用Stata 15.1进行Meta分析。

结果

共纳入10篇文献，包括18 345例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示，OSAS患者VTE发生率为2.4%[95%置信区间（1.3%，3.7%）]。进一步的亚组分析结果显示，国内外OSAS患者VTE发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（Z = 6.912，P = 0.021）。

结论

不同种族OSAS患者VTE发生率有所差异，临床上应高度重视OSAS高危人群，及时进行识别、预防VTE，以降低院内OSAS患者出现致死性肺栓塞的风险。

Objective

To systematically evaluate the incidence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS).

Methods

Databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Pubmed, Embase and Cochrane Library were searched for articles on the incidence of VTE in OSAS patients published up to March 24, 2023. Two researchers screened and evaluated literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis was carried out using Stata 15.1.

Results

A total of 10 articles with 18 345 participants met the inclusion criteria for meta-analysis after filtering. Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of VTE in OSAS patients was 2.4% [95% confidence interval (1.3%, 3.7%)]. Further subgroup analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of VTE in OSAS patients at home and abroad (Z = 6.912, P = 0.021).

Conclusions

The incidence of VTE varies among OSAS patients of different races. High-risk populations for OSAS should be highly valued and timely identified for the prevention of VTE, in order to reduce the risk of fatal pulmonary embolism in hospitals.
