改良美容缝合术在六岁以下儿童前额软组织损伤急诊治疗中的疗效分析

改良美容缝合术在六岁以下儿童前额软组织损伤急诊治疗中的疗效分析

前额部在人体面部占据1/3以上部位，无论从正面和侧面观察，前额部在人体容貌审美中都占有非常重要的作用。儿童生性活泼好动容易造成外伤，由于6岁以下儿童重心偏向头部，所以，前额软组织外伤在面部外伤中发生率较高。近年来，随着整体医美产业快速发展，患儿家长群体的审美意识以及面部美观要求也相应地提高，对患儿前额部外伤术后瘢痕的修复也有了更高的期望值。故本研究通过对252例前额部软组织外伤患儿进行改良美容缝合术，旨在探讨改良美容缝合技术在儿童前额部软组织损伤修复中的疗效，现报道如下。
